Terrible customer service. Incredibly disappointed with my art print. It arrived in the wrong size and customer service is ignoring my request.

I was contacted to pick up my print and was never asked if I would like to have the free shipping considering that they are moving further from Vancouver core this would of been much more convenient for me.

Al, | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
