Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified. Not good service. The shipment arrived in one piece (btw- excellent packing) last night. Given the shipping mess this year that is pretty decent timing. My order was for what I saw as your longest Gatorfoam Board pieces at 36” I’m going to leave very positive feedback for you. I tried to reach any number of art material suppliers in Souther Ontario and they either didn’t reply or expressed no interest in an order. So, bravo to you guys! Happy Holidays to the team,
