Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.

I have received a few emails asking me to comment on your product and service, but I can't seem to find them now. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings:

1. the ordering process was easy
2. the price was good
3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks
4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting!
5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack.
I was overall pleased with this experience, and will likely order again.

Canas &pricing was great
First time I have ordered a cvanas on line I was very worried about how it would look if I would be happy with the results. I\'m happy to say the cvanas arrived in 4 days was great. The price was great too, will deffiently use Exta Prints again. Thanks
