Excellent quality, but...
LOVE the items I ordered. Excellent quality and just what I expected.... but..... one of the two frames originally came in the wrong size to had to be resent....then that frame arrived damaged....so am hoping third time is perfect. Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience
