Just wanted to let you know that apparently the third time is the charm. I received a replacement frame yesterday that is undamaged. Thank you for sticking with this and ensuring I received my order safe and sound.

Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality. Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me. Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package. Many thanks for the discount coupons as well.
