I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

We received our pieces today, and we could not be happier! The color is astounding. The ease of using the peel and stick, is unbelievable, even at the 30 inch by 40 inch size.
